- Fixed: Scanning the same kit more than once into a costume pick ticket before saving counted it each time, inflating the sent count. A kit now counts once per batch however many times it's scanned.
- New: The PGI paid session tab now appears for holiday locations, not just Souvenir.
- Fixed: A location's costume pick ticket template no longer goes stale when its costume style changes mid-season.

- New: S2026 warehouse pick tickets are loaded.
- New: Ops can now reset an auto-approved partner approval, and stale approval data clears when a new assignment reopens one.
